Bank Transfer through: (Euro/SEPA zone only *)

*) A SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) payment can be made through a bank located in any EU country or in Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino or Vatican City. If paying through a UK bank or a bank in a non-SEPA country, please add 7 EUR or equivalent to the total to cover the banking charges (your bank may also charge you a transaction fee). All banking charges must be paid by the applicant.

If the application fee is being paid by a person other than the applicant, please give the applicant's name in the message field when making the payment so that we can associate the payment with the correct person.

There is no need to send us a receipt of the payment. Your application form will be sent for processing as soon as the payment is cleared.

You are welcome to submit your application form online and send the fee in the mail if none of the electronic payment methods are suitable for you. Please remember to enclose a note with your name and address so that the payment can be associated with your application.

International Reply Coupons

You can also pay with International Reply Coupons (IRC) that can be purchased at the post office. Please use the following conversion rate: 1 IRC = 3.05 EUR. Please send the IRCs to the address shown above.

Please note: We're sorry, but we are unable to accept cheques or money orders due to high processing costs.

Please note that we do not offer a penfriends service for prisoners.
